Payment Options

Clarity Healthcare offers a variety of payment options for your convenience. We accept most major insurance plans, please call 573-603-1460 to verify coverage.

Sliding Fee Discount Program:

We want our services to be available to as many people as possible. Payment concerns shouldn't stop you from receiving the care you deserve. Our Sliding Fee Discount Program may be able to help you afford your services. To see if you qualify for a sliding fee discount, please call our billing department at 573-603-1460.

Note: if you have an Affordable Care Act Marketplace plan, we may not be in network with your individual plan. Please verify coverage with our providers before your visit.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

A GFE will explain how much your medical care will cost when you don’t have insurance or when receiving care from an out-of-network provider. Please note the following:
 

You will receive the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services

Make sure you receive a GFE at least one business day before your scheduled services

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE

No balance billing for out-of-network providers
